In addition to the baptism onto Christ's death, we are also baptized onto Christ's life. In particular, this would mean that we "shall also live with Him" (6:8). After all, all believers are guaranteed everlasting life from Jesus.
But not only that, but once Christ was raised from the dead, Christ "dies no more" (6:9). In other words, the resurrection life Christ has is permanent (and same goes with our resurrection). Paul even talked about how death "no longer has dominion over Him" (6:9). After all, Jesus rose from the dead.
Both of these two are part of promises that Jesus will fulfill for all believers. Neat!
